Delivery

Your tracking number and the express company website link will be sent by email immediately after we ship the order out.

Please contact us within 3 months since shipment if no receipt or delivery. Our representative will resolve this problem within 24 hours. Note that overdue requests may not be accepted.

Important Notice

Due to health safety concerns, we disinfect all items and packages. We also suggest you disinfect the package upon receipt. Please understand that packages might be slightly delayed.

Our professionally trained technicians perform strict in-house quality control checks and carefully package your items to ensure they arrive in excellent condition.

For faster delivery, we use DHL or FedEx for the first leg of shipping and transfer to local postal services (USPS, AU Post, etc.). You may not be able to track it online for the first few days, but we promise it is a valid tracking number and will be delivered on time.

International logistics may experience a 5-8 day delay during peak periods.

PO Box is not accepted for express shipping. Your address should be detailed enough, including apartment or unit number. Nondelivery or extra shipping fees due to personal reasons will not be covered by https://www.visionoscn.com.
